Dirty Detailing Terms & Conditions

At Dirty Detailing, we are committed to providing the best possible service for you and your vehicle. To ensure we can maintain our high standards and for the safety of our staff, we ask that all clients read and agree to the following terms prior to making a booking.

Bookings & Deposits

​

 All service bookings are subject to a 25% deposit to secure your chosen date and time. A booking is considered confirmed only upon our receipt of this deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. With at least 48 hours' notice, your non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a new booking date.

 

Vehicle Condition & Preparation

 

Please ensure all personal items and belongings are removed from your vehicle's interior and boot before we arrive.

 

Our prices are a guideline. Vehicles with heavily soiled interiors may incur an additional charge to cover the extra time and products required. Any potential extra charges will be confirmed with you before we begin any work.

Location & Access Requirements

​

As a mobile service, we require a safe and suitable place to work. For the safety of your vehicle and our staff, we cannot carry out work on main roads, heavily used roads, or in public pay-and-display car parks. A private driveway or similar off-road space is required.

If you are unsure about the suitability of your location, please contact us first to discuss. If we arrive and are unable to proceed due to an unsafe or unsuitable location, the full booking charge may be payable.

Payment

​

Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. An invoice will be sent to the address you provide upon booking.
